![]() The cleaners don't usually have their own vacuum, mop, or cleaning supplies. Most charge around $30 an hour So a one bedroom apartment costs about $170 to clean once a month. ![]() The cleaners all charge $22-35 per hour, not $19.95 like the ad claims. They charge $49 a month, and a $15 service fee for every clean ( not disclosed in initial agreement), plus a few other small taxes and fees. This company does not save you any $$ at all. And the last one was the surprise membership charge post-cancelation on 10/02 (canceled on 9/05). Then there was the B- cleaning job on 8/07. The first was with the surprise membership fee after our very first cleaning on 6/01. *I wasn't sure what date to put for date of experience because there were three different experiences that all happened at different times. All in all they do decent work, but just be aware of the membership fee BEFORE signing up for one of their first-time discounted cleanings. ![]() Also, the fact that I was even signing up for a membership wasn't clear to begin with I thought that I was just signing up for one discounted cleaning to try them out, so I was NOT pleasantly surprised when we got hit with a $52.55 membership fee ON TOP OF the $70ish for our cleaner. I still would have given them 4 stars, except for I canceled my membership and they still charged me this month AFTER sending me an email confirmation on September 5th saying that it had been canceled. They did an A+ job the first two times, but honestly did B- work the last time (8/07) because they did a terrible job vacuuming and also left a ring of cleaner on the stove that I had to wipe up (you could still see crumbs on the floor and it looked like they only vacuumed halfway and like they were in a hurry and didn't finish), but they did great at everything else. We had our cleaners come three different times. Surprise membership fee & charge post-cancelation
